We want you to feel confident about your Lina Jewelry purchase. Eligible returns must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and with all included packaging and materials.

Items that have been altered, personalized, damaged after delivery or otherwise marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.

Before sending an item back, please contact us with your order number so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Any return window, shipping responsibility or refund method communicated at the time of purchase will apply.
