Keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals, chlorine and abrasive cleaners. Store pieces separately to reduce scratching and gently wipe them after wear with a clean, soft cloth.

Inspection

Clasps, links and stone settings should be checked periodically, especially on pieces worn frequently.

Warranty support

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Warranty eligibility and available remedies depend on the item, condition and circumstances.

Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse and unauthorized repairs or alterations may not be covered.
